    Pema Lingpa day is on 3rd day of the 1st lunar month which falls the death anniversary of terton Pema Lingpa. In honour of great treasure discoverer, Pawo Choning Dorji proposed to the government to celebrate the auspicious day in the nation.

    Pema lingpa day falls on 3r day of bhutanese lunar month.proppsed to government by pawo choying dorji and the present government started with the marking of day from thsi year.
